Here at Little Talker Learning we believe the best language learning can happen during the simplest moments - sharing a story, playing together and chatting about the world around us.

Our books and resources are thoughtfully created to encourage communication in a fun, natural and engaging way for both the child and grown-up. 

Meet the founder

Hello, I'm Melanie, a Speech and Language Therapist and founder of Little Talker Learning.

I have helped both adults and children with their communication needs for over a decade, everyday in my career I am fortunate to see how powerful everyday moments can be in supporting communication and interaction.

My passion for all things language development and my joy of sharing books with my young daughter combined to create a simple idea: to create books that children enjoy while supporting families and educators by giving them easy ways to encourage communication.
